What is regression therapy?
The body of every person is its visible part. The invisible parts of a person are the consciousness, which helps a person think, and the subconscious, in which all the events experienced in a person’s life, especially in childhood, are deposited. Later, they manifest as a defensive reaction – physical or emotional illness. A person feels fear, anxiety, apathy or frequent dissatisfaction, chronic pain. Regression therapy is an excellent tool to find the cause of the problem that prevents you from feeling good and healthy, eliminate it or transform it into positive energy.
Regression therapy is a safe and accessible meditative method of inner encounter with oneself, using the power of the subconscious. It changes the attitude towards oneself and the environment. More energy, desire to act, and an awareness of the purpose of one's life appear. In order to free oneself from painful past experiences, it is necessary to understand, accept, and let go of them. The more negative emotions you let go of, the greater inner freedom you will feel.
The hidden purpose of any illness is to send a message to a person that it is urgent to change something in himself, to get rid of negative thoughts, unnecessary illusions in order to preserve health. Nowadays, people often forget about elementary needs, cannot get rid of harmful habits, and always try to meet someone else's invented standards. All this disrupts emotional balance, so physical ailments report this.
