Primary consultation

During the consultation, we will discuss your situation and get to the root of the problem. We'll discuss what results you want to achieve and how I can help you.

2

Hypnotherapy session

During a session lasting approximately 2 hours, we will travel together into your memories, where we will find the cause of the problem. After identifying the cause and understanding its limiting influence on the present, we will replace the old belief with a new one that helps you feel the way you want to. We will form new beliefs.

3

Individual hypnosis recording

After the session, I will record a hypnosis (programming for success) created for you personally, which will help you more clearly explore the new change. New patterns of thinking and behavior.

Testimonials

  • There are many interpretations of the concept of hypnosis. I present one of them. Hypnosis (Greek hypnos – sleep), a special state of consciousness (hypnotic trance) caused by psychological influence, similar to sleep. The goal of hypnosis is to reach the human subconscious (the subconscious regulates the sensations and emotions of the body, the subconscious contains memory), calming the conscious mind. The hypnotized person is conscious, focused on one object. (Evgenij Sharov. Universal Lithuanian Encyclopedia).

  • It is completely safe.

You can come out of hypnosis at any time if you feel uncomfortable. While you are in hypnosis, you will relive an event that was dramatic in your life, but you will feel safe because you will only be an observer of that event. The therapist will be in contact with you all the time and will help you safely find the causes that caused the problem that is bothering you, and will help you change your feelings and state in that situation.

  • Tension, fear, self-doubt, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, aggression, anger, guilt, psychosomatics, skin problems, sleep disorders, etc.

  • Yes, it can.

Up to the age of six to nine, children's problems can be addressed through parents and hypnotherapy practices with them. At a later age, children themselves are able to change their internal states of discomfort, while at the same time developing new patterns of behaviour.

  • It really doesn't exist. It may sound strange, but even an unborn child can participate in therapy. This happens when a pregnant mother uses regression therapy to resolve her internal pain, making the child's condition and life easier.

  • Yes, it will work. However, medications, especially antidepressants, make the work harder. They have a depressant effect because they are strong anesthetics that block consciousness. And hypnosis is working with your inner senses, so medications make the work harder.

It is advisable not to take antidepressants or similar medications before the session or as long as possible before it.

  • During the session we are more relaxed, but awareness is several times higher (alpha, theta state) than in the normal (beta) state. Sometimes during the session a person may fall asleep (delta state), but is asked to come back and continue the journey of their senses. This does not disrupt the process and allows it to continue.

During regression therapy, it is not possible to lose consciousness or remain in a trance state. The trance state is exited in a short time.

  • The effectiveness of online hypnosis is the same as in person. Sometimes a person feels even more comfortable, because the safe environment of their home helps, and they relax even more.

When a person sits comfortably, closes their eyes, and focuses all their attention on their inner sensations, they very quickly forget where they are and who is around them. At that moment, the relationship between themselves and the guide, their voice, is important to a person.

  • Yes, it's even recommended!

By helping herself and freeing herself from internal fears and tension, the expectant mother also helps her unborn child develop calmly and with love.
